Milk

High-Fiber Foods

It is found that their acne improves when people eat a lot of fibre. Whereas doctors don’t know the exact reason. A better way to keep acne away, they do know that high fibre diets can help control blood sugar. Easy ways to add a bit of fibre to your diet is including oatmeal, beans, apples, and carrots. 

Salmon

Coming full of omega-3 fatty acids in this fish. Helping keep acne away, they lower inflammation in your body. Linked to acne, they also help lower the amount of a protein your body makes called IGF-1. 

Nuts

Low levels of antioxidants like vitamin E and selenium are those people with acne whereas almonds, peanuts, and Brazil nuts come with plenty of them. Protecting cells from damage and infections are these nutrients. They are good for your body in other ways as there is no clear proof that antioxidants will clear up acne. Hence no harm comes from adding them to your diet. All you need is just about 24 almonds or three or four Brazil nuts and don’t overdo it. 

Oysters

A nutrient that’s important for your skin, they have lots of zinc. It may help kill bacteria that cause certain kinds of acne among other things. Something else that’s linked to acne, it appears to be helping the body stop making chemicals that can cause inflammation. Though too much zinc can cause health problems, adults mustn't get more than 40 mg a day. 

Seaweed

It’s a great source of iodine which the thyroid gland needs to work properly, whether you eat it in a sushi roll, in a salad, or on its own as a salty snack. Too much iodine may make you break out. Though pregnant and breast-feeding women need more, most adults need 150micrograms a day. It's hard to get too much if you eat a balanced diet. You can get iodine from foods like fish, dairy products, and iodised salt along with seaweed. 

What About Oily Food?

Eating greasy foods won’t cause acne or make it worse as it comes as a common myth. You may notice more trouble with your skin if you spend a lot of time cooking it. Here the reason is that sticking to and clogging your hair follicles is the oil from a deep fryer or another source.

Some cases are more serious as its often easy to manage your acne at home. You should talk with your doctor if you don’t see a difference with careful skin care, changes in diet, and the over-the-counter treatments. She may refer you to a dermatologist.
